Michaela Stone, RVT / Practice Manager

Providing compassionate care for your beloved pets in Eastern Ontario.

Michaela has worked locally as an RVT since 2021 but has worked within the Veterinary Medicine field since 2012. She has a BSc in Agriculture and Animal Science from Dalhousie University and graduated from the Northern College Veterinary Technician program in 2021. She thrives in surgery and especially enjoys working with cats and cows. She joined our team in August 2025.

When not at work, Michaela runs a small farm outside of Prescott, ON with her Husband. Together they have several animals including beef cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese. She also has 3 cats of her own and a beagle named Stetson. When not farming, she is busy looking after their two young girls. When she does get a spare minute to herself, you can find her making homemade bread, reading or spending some time outside in her gardens, likely with an animal by her side.
